Is there a red "Too Far" icon in the bottom right corner of the Coverage Unit Display?
If the Coverage Unit is placed Too Far away from the Window Unit, the system will not be able to function. When this happens a red icon such as the one shown here will illuminate.
If the Red Too Far Indicator is shown, try moving the Coverage Unit to a location that is closer to the Window Unit.
If the Coverage Unit is placed too close to the Window Unit, the system will not be able to function. When this happens a red icon such as the one shown here will illuminate.
Is there a Red "Too Close" icon in the upper left corner of the Coverage Unit Display?
1. Verify that the status light on the Window Unit has stopped flashing (indicating that it has completed regulatory compliance checks). If status light on the coverage unit is still flashing, wait for it to stop.
2. If the "too close" light is still on, unplug the Coverage Unit and move it to a location farther away from the Window Unit and plug the Coverage Unit back in.
If neither "Too Close" nor "Too Far" above, then look at the Coverage Unit Status Indicator. Is it Flashing, and if so, what color is it?
The Status Indicator is not flashing
