Corrected an issue that caused percentage-based metrics such as "Signal Quality" to at times continue to display the most recent value when the device returned to Scanning mode. Now, when the device is not actively relaying a signal, all such metrics will display 0%.
Updated the Select Operator list for select GO G32 devices.
