Resolved an issue introduced in Version 1.5 that caused the Band Selection page to hang when attempting a Grid Test on a Site that did not contain a Public Safety Configuration and/or when not connected with a COMPASS RED. It is again possible to conduct cellular-only Grid Tests without adding Public Safety data to the Site.
