WAVE Portal Release 1.8.3

WAVE Portal version 1.8.3 resolves the issues listed below, and introduces a new chat feature available to active Nextivity Partners.

Have you met Dasi?

Dasi, Nextivity's AI-powered chatbot, is now available in the WAVE Portal.

Users with access to the Partner Portal will now see a chat icon in the lower-left corner of the WAVE Portal. Chat with Dasi to get answers to general questions about Nextivity products, installation and configuration guidance, or for help troubleshooting system-specific issues such as an active donor signal alarm.

Dasi is trained on Nextivity University content, support articles, datasheets, and related materials to provide fast, relevant assistance. When you ask a question, Dasi can also use information about the current WAVE Portal page to provide a more thorough response. For even more targeted assistance, use the Ask About Part of the Page feature to discuss specific information displayed on the page.

Please note that customer names, installation addresses, and other sensitive information is never shared with Dasi unless you specifically type it in, or include it in the part of the page selected.

Issues Resolved:

• DAS Design Tool:
  • Resolved an issue that caused cable routing positions to appear misaligned when reopening some designs.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented report generation for some levels by incorrectly identifying scaled floorplans as unscaled.
  • Resolved an issue that caused equipment icons to appear disproportionately small on high-resolution floor plans, improving icon visibility while zooming and editing designs.
• Resolved an issue that prevented band center values from being included in site survey reports.
• Other minor fixes.
