A new urgent software update is now available to download for CEL-FI QUATRA 4000(i/c/e)/EVO(FN), with the following:
Improvement
- QUATRA Network Units (NU) now better handles temporary WAVE Portal cloud outages and connection errors. If the server is busy or unavailable, QUATRA Network Unit will pause and try again later, helping to avoid overloading and making device online recovery smoother for server restarts.
- QUATRA NU will now automatically reset itself if it’s been offline for an extended period. This helps restore connectivity and reduces the need for on-site visits.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where some QUATRA NU could randomly get stuck trying to reconnect to the WAVE Portal, preventing them from coming back online. Devices now recover being online reliably.
If automatic software updates are enabled for the CEL-FI QUATRA 4000(i/c/e)/EVO(FN) and the system is online, the system will update automatically.
