A new urgent software update is now available to download for CEL-FI GO G41 & CONNECT C41, with the following:
Improvement
- GO G41 now better handles temporary WAVE Portal cloud outages and connection errors. If the server is busy or unavailable, GO G41 will pause and try again later, helping to avoid overloading and making device online recovery smoother for server restarts.
- GO G41 units will now automatically reset themselves if they’ve been offline for an extended period. This helps restore connectivity and reduces the need for on-site visits.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where some GO G41 units could randomly get stuck trying to reconnect to the WAVE Portal, preventing them from coming back online. Devices now recover being online reliably.
If automatic software updates are enabled for the CEL-FI GO G41 and the system is online. WAVE App users with GO G41 or CONNECT C41 will receive a prompt for software update availability when they connect the system to the WAVE App after the release date.
