A new urgent software update is now available to download for CEL-FI GO G43, with the following:
Improvement
- GO G43 now better handles temporary WAVE Portal cloud outages and connection errors. If the server is busy or unavailable, GO G43 will pause and try again later, helping to avoid overloading and making device online recovery smoother for server restarts.
- GO G43 units will now automatically reset themselves if they’ve been offline for an extended period. This helps restore connectivity and reduces the need for on-site visits.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where some GO G43 units could randomly get stuck trying to reconnect to the WAVE Portal, preventing them from coming back online. Devices now recover being online reliably.
If automatic software updates are enabled for the CEL-FI GO G43 and the system is online, the system will update automatically.
