If the battery level get’s too low with COMPASS Version 001, the unit will not charge properly.
To fix this, you will need to perform the following:
- Open the COMPASS Unit (remove the screws) and disconnect the USB cable attached to the modem board.
- Plug in the COMPASS Charging cable
- After 20-30 minutes, disconnect the charging cable, close the COMPASS Unit and follow these instructions to perform the software update procedure.
