The app doesn't recognize my system
I plugged in my system but the Cel-Fi WAVE desktop app does not recognize it.
If using a Windows PC, verify that the USB drivers have been successfully installed. If you need help installing the USB driver, follow these instructions.
The app continues to sync
I plugged in my system and the Cel-Fi WAVE desktop app continues to sync.
Make that sure you have disabled any firewalls, or try using an internet connection/computer with no firewalls.
Who is the app for?
The Desktop app is designed for end users, installers and channel partners. The app runs on a Windows PC or Mac and connects via a USB cable to the Cel-Fi PRO, Cel-Fi DUO+, Cel-Fi PRIME and Cel-Fi GO (AU).
