If you’ve launched the CEL-FI WAVE app but can’t find your booster, follow these steps:
Verify the Following:
- Confirm your CEL-FI system is Bluetooth-enabled and powered on in relay mode (blinking green LED).
- Ensure you have the latest version of the WAVE app installed.
- Verify your mobile device is compatible. We’ve identified an issue with the Bluetooth chips in Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, which may prevent connection.
- Ensure your mobile device meets these requirements:
- Bluetooth 4.1 or newer
- Android 5.0 or newer
- iOS 8 or newer.
Troubleshooting Steps:

Force Close the App: Close the WAVE app completely.
(Refer to the iOS or Android instructions if needed.) - Toggle Bluetooth: Turn Bluetooth off and then back on.
- Reboot the CEL-FI System: Power cycle your booster.
- Proximity Check: Stand near the booster (the Coverage Unit for 2-box solutions) and launch the WAVE app again.
If the issue persists, try deleting the app and reinstalling it on your mobile device. Then, repeat the steps above.
