Step 4: Power-up the Cel-Fi RS2

Power-up the Window Unit (WU) and Coverage Unit (CU) by connecting the power supplies and plugging them into mains electricity sockets.

Ensure that the link between the unit is up; check this by looking at the digital display on the Coverage Unit.

The link is up in any of these circumstances:

• The Link LED is on and the Digital Display is rotating
• The Link LED is off and the Digital Display is showing ‘0’
• The link LED is on and the Digital Display is showing ‘1’ – ‘9’
• The Digital Display is flashing ‘E’ followed by a number
