As part of the integration of the O2 Ireland network with the Three Ireland Network, some Cel-Fi RS210 devices supplied to Three Ireland customers must be updated to a new configuration.  This affects devices with the Nextivity P/N: 590N003-601-10 (if you have the original box, this number will be on the label on the top).

If you try and use this procedure with a device with a different Nextivity P/N, then you will be presented with no update options when you run Redhawk (see below).

Step 1: Download and Install Nextivity Redhawk for RS2. 

Step 2: Install the RS2 Device Driver on the PC. 

Step 3: Connect the Coverage Unit to the Windows PC. 

Step 4: Power-up the Cel-Fi RS2. 

Step 5: Run Redhawk and load the Updated Configuration. 

Step 6 (Optional): Update the Software on the Cel-Fi
