RS1: Is the Coverage Unit Status light Flashing Red?

When the Coverage Unit Status Indicator (the one on top) is flashing red it means that the Coverage Unit has temporary stopped working and has switched to a low power mode because the environment is too warm. You may also note an Error 3 (alternating E and number 3) on the seven segment display.

Step 1: Check if the vents are blocked or covered on the Coverage Unit

Step 2: Move the Coverage Unit to a cooler Location

Step 3: Please wait and the Coverage Unit will start operating again when it cools down

If you have placed the unit in a cool area and waited for more than an hour and it has not stopped flashing, please visit:
