When the Coverage Unit Status Indicator (the one on top) is flashing red it means that the Coverage Unit has temporary stopped working and has switched to a low power mode because the environment is too warm. You may also note an Error 3 (alternating E and number 3) on the seven segment display.
Step 1: Check if the vents are blocked or covered on the Coverage Unit
Step 2: Move the Coverage Unit to a cooler Location
Step 3: Please wait and the Coverage Unit will start operating again when it cools down
If you have placed the unit in a cool area and waited for more than an hour and it has not stopped flashing, please reach out to your point of sale.
