SeaHawk Troubleshooting Guide for DUO

Connection to the Window Unit shown in Red

Try this…

  • Confirm that your Window Unit is plugged in, and has power.
  • Move your Window Unit closer to the Coverage Unit, and restart both Units.
  • Restart “connection” to SeaHawk by reselecting the   option.
