Field Test Mode Directions

Try this on your iPhone:

Go to the location of your Window Unit and complete the following.
1- Turn off your LTE and WiFi connections.
2- Go to the Phone's Keypad and dial *3001#12345#*
3- Select UMTS Cell Environment
4- Select UMTS RR Info
5 - Take a screen shot of this page. Screenshots are taken by pressing the "home" button and the "lock" button simultaneously.
6- Complete steps 2-5 at the location of your Coverage Unit
7- Email each of the images back to me at support@cel-fi.com or simply respond to this email.
*Don't forget to turn your LTE and WiFi back on if you did turn them off.

Once I have this information I will take a look at the screen shot information. This will help me determine the issue with the phones not connecting to the Cel-Fi Coverage Unit.

3 - Take a screen shot of this page. Most phones allow screenshots by pressing the "home" button and the "lock" button simultaneously.
4- Complete steps 2 & 3 at the location of your Coverage Unit
5- Email each of the images back to me at support@cel-fi.com or simply respond to this email.
*Don't forget to turn your LTE and WiFi back on if you did turn them off.

3 - Take a screen shot of this page. Most phones allow screenshots by pressing the "home" button and the "lock" button simultaneously.
4- Complete steps 2 & 3 at the location of your Coverage Unit
5- Email each of the images back to me at support@cel-fi.com or simply respond to this email.
*Don't forget to turn your LTE and WiFi back on if you did turn them off.
