Try swapping power supplies.
Both the Network Unit (NU) and Coverage Unit (CU) Power Supplies are identical. By switching the power supply we will be able detect the origin of the issue.
1. Did the system need a simple reboot?
2. Is there an issue with the power supply or with the system itself?
When you switch the power supply, did the issue follow the power supply or stay on the Network Unit?
> The original (Network) unit still has no power
> Now the other (Coverage) unit will not turn on
