What This Means:
The power light on the Coverage Unit not being lit could mean several things, including the unit not being plugged in correctly, a defective Coverage Unit, bad power supply or a bad wall outlet.
Step 1: Check to see if the power supply is plugged into the Coverage Unit and wall outlet correctly.
Step 2: Check to see if there is power to the outlet.
Step 3: Exchange the power supply with the other unit to see if the power supply is defective.
If all of this fails it would appear that the Coverage Unit is faulty. Make arrangements to replace/exchange the Cel-Fi System.
