My phone shows bars but I still drop calls.


Try making calls where the Network(Window) Unit is located.  If the problem exists there without Cel-Fi, then it is probably related to congestion on the mobile telephone network, not the coverage.  Try moving the Network(Window) Unit to another side of the building where calls are more reliable, even if it results in fewer Network(Window) Unit bars.
