If the status LED is red (not the "too far" red lamp on the Coverage Unit) try unplugging the unit and then plugging it back in. If the fault does not clear, swap the power supplies between Network(Window) and Coverage Unit and see if the problem follows the power supply or stays with the unit in question. If the unit problem persists, please contact Nextivity Support or the distributor that provided the system. Power supplies are available as an accessory purchase on our website here.
