WAVE PRO App Release 1.6.7

WAVE PRO App version 1.6.7 includes the following:

Expanded user access to Site Surveys and Public Safety Install Packages based on the user's access to the Site within the WAVE Portal. This improvement is described further in the last release, WAVE Portal 1.7.1.
Resolved an issue that prevented the user from leaving the Help screen.
Other minor bug fixes.
