WAVE Field Tool Release 1.6.3

WAVE Field Tool version 1.6.3 includes the following:

Resolved an issue that caused the WAVE login pop-up screen to either not display or timeout when attempting to use the Change Operator or Cloud Reset features.
The Windows user account no longer needs to be an Administrator to be able to run the WAVE Field Tool.
